With Prosperity:
Expanding Businesses:
Bank, City Expand, Mint, Vault / Automoton, Canal, Dumping Grounds, Machine
Tools, Shrewd Merchant
Should be decent all around, and has no attacks. Of course, being Prosperity, it has some
expensive cards.
Hot on the Tracks:
Grand Market, Loan, Peddler, Quarry, Trade Route / Nomadic Traders, Oil Field,
Pipeline, Railroad, Steel
Town
This one has a swing toward Oil cards and interesting
interactions with money.
With Cornucopia:
Frontierland: Farming
Village, Hamlet, Harvest, Horn of Plenty, Hunting Party / Clockwork, Land Run,
Oil Field, Park, Steam Engine
No attacks, but few low-cost cards.
Funny Business:
Fairgrounds, Fortune Teller, Jester, Menagerie, Tournament / Printing Press,
Shrewd Merchant, Slumlord, Textiles, Travelling Market
Lots of Curses, lots of money.
With Hinterlands:
Control the Spice:
Border Village, Embassy, Scheme, Spice
Merchant, Trader / Land Run, Park, Slumlord, Tariff, Water Wheel
I think this one will be a particularly tough game to navigate
and build up a decent deck. Also this
set uses Scheme, which is basically the seed of this entire expansion.
Path of Most
Resistance: Crossroads, Highway, Mandarin, Nomad Camp, Silk
Road / Clockwork, Dumping Grounds, Luddites, Pawn Broker, Textiles
This one has lots of difficult choices to make.
Try 'em, out see, how they are, next post on Industry will
be the final instructions and cards!
